I called down to the front desk for sheets, I was told it would be right up. There were no sheets or blankets in the closet for the bed. The two rooms we were moved to included a pull out couch (as did our original reservation). I will say the manager comp'd our parking ($49 per night) and gave us vouchers for breakfast for one morning for our trouble. I spoke with other guests who had the same thing happen to them FYI.
